To obtain a copy of a crash report through Wisconsin DOT, please click on the link below. Please note: Crash reports are made available once they are received from the Town of Oconomowoc, which may take up to 10 to 15 business days. 

If you involved in a crash that needs to be reported and the Town of Oconomowoc Police Department does not file the report, you will need click on the link below to file a crash report through the Wisconsin DOT.

Per Wisconsin Statute 346.70(1), any crash within the State of Wisconsin must be reported when it results in: 

• Injury of a person
• $1,000 or more damage to any person's vehicle or property
• Damage of $200 or more to state or other government-owned property other than a vehicle

You will also have to complete a report if you received a letter from the Department of Transportation stating you  were involved in a reportable crash.
