INVOLVED IN A CRASH?

To obtain a copy of a crash report through Wisconsin DOT, please click on the link below. Please note: Crash reports are made available once they are received from the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department, which may take up to 10 to 15 business days. 

If you involved in a crash that needs to be reported and the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department does not file the report, you will need click on the link below to file a crash report through the Wisconsin DOT.

Per Wisconsin Statute 346.70(1), any crash within the State of Wisconsin must be reported when it results in: 

• Injury of a person
• $1,000 or more damage to any person's vehicle or property
• Damage of $200 or more to state or other government-owned property other than a vehicle

You will also have to complete a report if you received a letter from the Department of Transportation stating you were involved in a reportable crash.
